the-ottji-musings: “What was Ryou’s life like when he had a real, functioning family?” His father seems to be gone most of the time, working or traveling or both. His little sister (Amane, read the manga if you are confused) is obviously gone. And perhaps I missed something, but I do not recall a mention of his mother. What was it like, for Ryou, to not be constantly blacking out due to his darker half’s own agenda? What was it like for him to be a normal kid, with normal problems and normal things to deal with? What was it like for him to get a kiss on the forehead before going to school, to be tucked in at night, to be a big brother? What was it like for him to have a family to come home to? What was it like for him, before everything went to hell? ^^ THIS Also I need to know where you go this picture, and what it looks like without the dialogue bits. 83
